This Privacy Policy applies to the app “BLE Scan Pro” (the “App”), provided by SPYRIDON BOUSIOS (the “Developer”).

Data collection

The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information. Bluetooth scanning happens on-device and results are shown only to you.

Permissions

• Bluetooth and Bluetooth LE: required to scan nearby BLE devices and read advertisement data.
• Location (iOS requirement): may be requested by the system to enable Bluetooth scanning. Location data is not collected or transmitted by the App.

Third-party services

The App does not integrate third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.

Data retention

No personal data is collected. Temporary scan results remain only in memory and are discarded when you close the App.

Children’s privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. No data is knowingly collected from children.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page. Effective date: 2025-10-31.
